The incident occurred during the implementation of security strengthening actions on one of our infrastructure servers. During this process, a background service stopped unexpectedly, which resulted in disruption to the checkout and provisioning workflows.
Resolution
Our team began investigating after several customers reported issues with basket checkout and provisioning. The root cause was identified, and the affected background service was restored. Full service functionality was successfully recovered on 11 March 2026 at 07:00 AM.
