Updates

Retroactive

On 25 January, 2026, 01:30 UTC, Subscription View pages experienced a service degradation following the deployment of version 3.28.226. The issue was caused by a failed handle associated with one of the artifacts included in the deployment. This failure occurred only in live environments where the deployment did not complete successfully.

The deployment of version 3.28.226 included an artifact that failed to initialize correctly due to an invalid handle. This issue did not surface in staging environments, as the deployment completed successfully there. The failure manifested only in live environments where the deployment process encountered errors, resulting in runtime failures when rendering Subscription View pages.

Impact

During the incident window, some users were unable to access Subscription View pages or encountered errors when attempting to load them. No data loss occurred, and other parts of the platform remained fully operational.

How We Fixed It

The failed artifact was redeployed and the deployment was corrected in the affected live environments, restoring normal functionality to Subscription View pages.

What We’re Doing Next

To prevent similar incidents in the future, we are taking the following steps:

  • Improved detection of partial or failed deployments across environments
  • Enhanced monitoring to surface initialization issues earlier

Current Status

All systems are operating normally. No further problems have been detected since resolution.

We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We remain committed to improving the reliability and resilience of our services.
